With the seniors and reserves having no games all attention this week turns to the U16’s who are looking to defend their county title when they face Killeshil in the championship final at 2:00 in Augher on Saturday. Having lost out to Killeshil in the league semi final last weekend, the boys will be extra keen to annex the title, best of luck to all players and managers involved.

The U13’s are in action on Monday evening when they play their county semi final against Killeshil at 7:30 in Gardrum Park.

There is coaching for the U8’s taking place from 6:15 to 7:15 on Wednesday evenings in the Sports Complex and the U10’s are from 7:00 to 8:00 on Thursday evenings.

Our Running / Walking group has recommenced on Thursday evenings at 8:00 at Gardrum Park, exercise makes you feel better in mind and body so don’t put off to tomorrow what you can do today, this is free of charge to anyone in the parish and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

The club are launching the Paul McGirr Ulster U16 tournament on Friday 21st October in Garvaghy, everyone is welcome to come along and refreshments are provided.

Lotto winning numbers for last week were 2, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 23, there were 26 winners with 4 correct number each and Therese McAleer (Drumquin) went one better winning £250 with 5 correct numbers. The £50 monthly draw winner was Liam Treague (Badoney), next weeks jackpot is £21,0000, the lotto sellers for this weekend are Gavin Winters (Church St.), Martin Sludden (Corner), Eugene McGuigan (O'Connors) and Seamus McNabb (Central).
