Our seniors and reserves both got their season off to a successful start against Kildress, seniors winning 1-10 to 1-05 and reserves 5-18 to 0-05. Both teams are in action at 2:15 and 3:45 at home to Strabane this Sunday.

The U18’s had a 6-13 to 0-04 win over Loughmacrory to finish second in their league section, last night they played Newtownstewart in the championship first round and next Wednesday they host Killeshil in the league quarter finals.

The U14’s defeated Newtownstewart 9-11 to 1-03 on Monday evening and they are at home to Aghyaran this Saturday at 1:00.

Coaching for U8’s, U10’s and U12’s continues on Saturday mornings 10:00 a.m.

The Walking / Running Group continues on Thursday evenings at 8:00 p.m. in Gardrum Park, there will be a 12 week ‘Couch to 5k’ training program to give all participants a target for the upcoming Dromore 5k and 10k run, everyone of all ages are welcome to come along.

All supporters will be glad to see work has started on the Canon Tom Breen Stand in Gardrum Park, a long awaited development that will be welcome by everyone, anyone who wants to contribute to the stand can contact any committee member for details, all contributors will be recognized on a permanent plaque that will be on display in the stand, all who contribute will also have free entry to home league games for the next 3 years. Club membership for the coming season is now due priced at £50 per adult and £10 per child, forms are available in Montague’s Shop.

Lotto winning numbers for last week were 7, 13, 15, 23, 29 and 30, there were 9 winners predicting 4 numbers each, the £50 monthly draw winner was Patrick McMackin. Next weeks jackpot is £19,700 and the lotto sellers for this weekend are Gavin Winters (Church St.), Eugene McGuigan (Corner), Martin Sludden (O'Connors) and Seamus McNabb (Central).

Votes of sympathy were passed at the recent monthly meeting to the Patterson, Riley, Dillon, Colton (Tommy) and Colton (Lawrence) families on their recent bereavements.
